Salmon Croquettes

large can Salmon and use liquid
1 egg
Floured bread crumbs
small onion, sauteed


Mix Salmon,egg, bread crumbs and add onion. Make patties. Refrigerate for 20 minutes so they will set.


Put oil or margarine in skillet and cook until brown on both sides. Do on middle or low setting.


Optional: Heat can of cream of Shrimp soup, add LeSeur peas. Spoon over Salmon.
