Salmon Bake

1 (15 oz.) can Salmon
2 whole eggs
1 cup dried bread crumbs or crackers


(If using bread crumbs, add a little salt.)


Grease baking pan with oleo. Mix in bowl Salmon, using fork to break up Salmon (remove center bones).


Mix the eggs and crumbs into the Salmon until mixture is gummy. Bake at 325 F for 1/2 hour. Place strips of cheese on top and broil for about 2 minutes and serve.
