Salmon Casserole

5-6 medium potatoes
1 large onion
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1 can Red Salmon


Cut potatoes and onion in small pieces. Place in baking dish. Drain and remove bones, skin and juice from Salmon. Place Salmon on top of potatoes and onion. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper on top of Salmon. Add milk to cover. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F.
