1 (15 oz.) can Pink Salmon, drained (save juice)
1 egg
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup flour

Mix Salmon and egg. Add flour. Stir thoroughly with fork. Mix 1/4 cup Salmon juice and all of baking powder. Beat with fork. It will foam and make about 3/4 cup. Pour into Salmon mixture and mix again with fork. This will be real thin. Spoon a teaspoon at a time into deep fryer and cook until brown.
