Salmon Party Ball

1 can Salmon, drained
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. onion, grated
3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
3 Tbsp. parsley, minced


Flake Salmon with fork and add cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke, horseradish. Stir well and chill several hours or overnight. Shape into a log, roll in pecans and parsley.
