Salmon Croquettes

2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup milk
1 large can Salmon
Juice of 1 onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 beaten egg
Bread crumbs

Melt butter. Add cornstarch and milk. Boil until very thick. When cool, add Salmon, onion and paprika. Mold together, dip in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until brown.
