Salmon Puff

6 slices wheat bread
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
2/3 cup skim milk
1/4-1/2 cup tomato soup
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Salmon, drained & rinsed
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Spray 9"x13" casserole with non-stick cooking spray. Line pan with bread slices. Mix all other ingredients except Salmon. Gently fold in Salmon. Pour over bread. Bake, uncovered at 350 F for 1 hour.
