Smoked Salmon Spread

1 can Salmon
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/8 tsp. salt
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/3 cup chopped nuts
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese

Drain and flake fish. Blend everything thoroughly (but nuts and parsley). Chill several hours. Shape Salmon mixture into a ball or fish shape. Roll in nut mixture. Chill. Serve as a spread with crisp crackers.
