Lomi Salmon

1/2 lb. fresh or smoked Salmon, shredded
4 medium tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. coarse salt
1 cup crushed ice


Lomi (massage or rub) salt and chopped onion together. Set salted onion aside for 15 minutes. Combine Salmon, salted onion, and tomatoes. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Add crushed ice and green onion; mix well and serve in individual small bowls.


Serves 8
