Salmon

1 can (1 lb.) Salmon
1 package (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt


Drain and flake Salmon. Remove skin and bones. Combine with first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Chill. Combine walnuts and parsley. Shape mix into 8 x 2 inch log and roll in rest parsley mix.
