Salmon Or Tuna Pie

2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can Salmon or 2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans Tuna
Double pie crust mix


Combine eggs, milk, butter, onions, parsley, and seasonings. Break Salmon in chunks removing bones and skin. Add to egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Add top crust. Bake at 425 F for about 25 minutes.
