Overnight Salmon Casserole

2 cups bread cubes
1 can Salmon
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
2 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated cheese


Place bread on bottom of buttered casserole. In bowl mix Salmon, onions and margarine. Spread over bread, beat eggs and milk and soup. Let stand overnight. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Top with cheese for the last 15 minutes.
