Salmon Cheese Loaf

1 (1 lb.) can Salmon & oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup American cheese, grated
1 cup rolled crackers
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1/4 small green pepper, minced
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Remove bone and skin from Salmon and flake. Mix all ingredients and bake in greased shallow baking dish 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Bake at 350 F.
