Salmon Or Tuna Souffle

1 tall can Salmon or 2 cans Tuna
1/3 cup bread crumbs or matzo meal
1/3 cup sour cream
3/4 stick margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. grated onion
3 large eggs, separated

Mash fish. Add margarine, sour cream, baking powder, onions, crumbs and egg yolks. Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour into well greased pan and bake 45 minutes, or until top is brown. Cool a few minutes and cut.
