Salmon Ball

1 (1 lb.) can Salmon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 cup grated onion
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. parsley
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. horseradish


Drain and flake Salmon. Remove skin and bones. Mix Salmon, cheese, lemon juice, salt, onion and horseradish. Form into ball. Chill several hours. Combine nuts and parsley and roll cheese ball, coating outside. Serve with crackers.
