Salmon Pie

2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can Salmon
1 pie crust (ready made or homemade)

Combine eggs, milk, onion, parsley, butter and seasonings. Break Salmon into chunks, add to mixture. Pour into a well greased 8 inch pie plate. Prepare pie crust and place on top after cutting into wedges. Bake at 425 F for about 25 minutes.
