Salmon Casserole

1 to 2 cups flaked Salmon & liquid
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
3 cups seasoned dressing bread
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash nutmeg
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Put in square 9 x 9-inch pan. Beat eggs and soup together and pour over ingredients. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 F. Can use more celery, onions and green peppers. Also add milk if you want it more moist.
