Salmon Croquettes

1 can Pink Salmon
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. hot milk
3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
2 cups corn flakes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Corn flakes
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Lemon slices


Flake the Salmon. Add eggs, Miracle Whip and hot milk. Add 2 cups corn flakes and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and form into oblong shape and roll in crushed corn flakes. Fry in butter 25 minutes and serve with lemon slices.
