Salmon Chowder

3/4 cup chopped celery
1 medium chopped onion
1 stick oleo
1/4 cup flour
6 cups milk
1 1/2 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
3 cups flaked Salmon
2 cups cooked diced potatoes
1 tsp. dillweed
1 Tbsp. salt


Simmer until tender - celery, onion, oleo then flour. Stir until mixed well and add milk. Cook 1 minute, then add frozen vegetables. Cook 12 minutes. Add Salmon, potatoes, dillweed, salt. Heat to boiling.
