Salmon Casserole

1 (16 oz.) can Salmon
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 eggs, separated


Drain and flake Salmon. Combine remaining ingredients except egg whites, beat well. Stir in flaked Salmon. Beat egg whites very stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
