Salmon Casserole

1 (16 oz.) can Salmon
1/2 cup frozen fresh peas cooked
4 slices extra-thin bread, toasted and grated
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup water

Remove skin and bones from the Salmon, but do not drain. Mix Salmon and liquid together with the remaining ingredients. Place in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 F for 45 to 60 minutes.
