Dieter's Salmon Loaf

8 oz. canned drained Shrimp
1/2 cup non fat liquid milk (skim)
2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 slices enriched white bread
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 F. Flake Salmon with a fork and sprinkle with lemon juice. Scald milk. Break bread into pieces and soak in milk. Add onion flakes , pepper and softened bread to Salmon and mix thoroughly. Put into non stick pan or foil tin pan and bake for 45 minutes.

Serves 2
