Salmon Pie

1 large can Pink Salmon, pick out bones
2 large potatoes
1 onion
1 pie crust for top & bottom of pie
1 egg


Saute 1 chopped onion in oil. Cook 2 large potatoes and mash, add approximately 1/4 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste and 1 tablespoon of butter. Mix onion and potatoes, add to Salmon; mix well. Mix in one egg and put mixture in pie crust, cover pie with top crust. Make vent holes. Bake until crust is brown or golden at 350 F. Serve warm with peas.
