Salmon Pudding

6 slices bread
4 cups milk
16 oz. can Salmon
4 Tbsp. butter (melted but cooled)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 6 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper/salt (each)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder


Heat oven to 350 F. Butter a 9 x 10 inch pan.


Soak bread in milk until bread is soft and mix well. Add all ingredients except Salmon and mix again. Flake Salmon in its own juice and add to bread mix. Pour into pan and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 hour.
