Salmon Chowder

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 medium onion
2 cups water
1 (20 oz.) package frozen broccoli
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (16 oz.) can Red Salmon
1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 cups milk

Saute chopped onion in butter in saucepan. Add broccoli, water and bouillon cubes. Simmer until broccoli is tender. Add flaked Salmon, canned milk mixed with cornstarch and heat. Add the 4 cups of milk just before serving and reheat.
