Salmon and Olive Linguine

4 oz. linguine
1/2 lb. Salmon Fillet, skinned
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. chopped olives
1 tsp. dried oregano
Pepper to taste

Broil fish 5-7 minutes, or until it flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, saute onions and garlic in oil until soft. Add oregano and olives and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Prepare linguine according to package directions. Cut cooked Salmon into bite-size pieces and add to onion mixture. Serve over linguine.
