Planked Salmon Loaf

2 cups fresh broiled Salmon
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup light cream
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. scraped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Buttered crumbs

Pick over and flake the Salmon. Add all ingredients except buttered crumbs and blend thoroughly. Oil pan. Shape into loaf. Put buttered crumbs over loaf and brown either in oven or under broiler 5 minutes. Bake at 400 to 425 F for 25 minutes.
