Salmon Pepper Steak

1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. black pepper ground
5 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup white wine
1 lemon sliced
4 (1/4 in.) Salmon Steaks


Lightly dredge Steaks with flour, press pepper firmly into Steaks so it adheres. melt butter in skillet and cook Steaks for 5 minutes or until it parts easily, turn at 1/2 mark. Remove and place on serving dish. Season and keep warm. In same skillet; add butter and wine and stir quickly until it begins to steam. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
