Salmon Pie

2 (1 1/2 lb.) fresh Salmon (Steaks or Fillets)
or 2 cans 15 1/2 oz. each Salmon (red is best)
1 cup finely chopped onions
6-8 boiled potatoes (medium size)
2 package Flako pie crust mix or any pie crust
1 tsp. milk
2-3 Tbsp. oil


Stir fry onions and Salmon in oil. Take out bones while frying. Mash potatoes. Mix with Salmon and onions them mash again. Prepare pie crust mix. Line 2 pie pans with pie crust and spoon in Salmon mixture. Put top crust over Salmon mixture. Brush milk over top crust. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until crust is brown. Serve with catsup.


Makes 8 servings or more depending on size of serving.
