Salmon Pie

2 large cans Red Salmon
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Grated cheese for topping
4 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. dill
4-5 medium potatoes

Mix Salmon, eggs, onion, dill and bread crumbs together gently. Put mixture into lightly greased 9" pie pan and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, boil potatoes and mash according to your favorite method. Spread on top of baked Salmon pie, top with grated cheese. Return to oven, bake at 325 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
