Red Salmon Loaf

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Red Salmon (Bumble Bee)
1 cup 4 C Bread Crumbs (flavored)
1 cup evaporated milk or cream
2 eggs
1 onion, grated fine
Dash of salt
Dash of red pepper


Remove round bone from Salmon and mix well with all other ingredients. Put in oiled bread pan and put in preheated 350 degree oven.


Bake until knife comes out clean when placed in center (35 to 45 minutes). Let stand for 10 minutes and then slice.


Note: red pepper is hotter than black pepper. 4 C is brand name of bread crumbs.


Makes 5 servings
