Salmon and Noodles

2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cups medium width noodles, cooked and drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Combine with cooked noodles, soup, and Salmon. Put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole; top with cheese. Bake at 400 F about 30 minutes until top is lightly browned. If desired, Crab Meat may be used in place of Salmon.

Serves 6
