Salmon Bake

1 stalk celery
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can boneless Pink Salmon
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen cut broccoli
1/4 tsp. lemon peel
2 cups medium noodles
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350 F. Slice celery, drain Salmon. Break into large chunks in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine celery, soup, milk, broccoli, lemon peel and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Add Salmon and uncooked noodles; mix well. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Stir after first 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. bake uncovered 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
