Salmon Casserole

1 can Salmon
1 cup cooked rice
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
Bread or cracker crumbs (enough to make soft)


Shape into balls and put the balls in a buttered casserole. Mix 1 can mushroom soup and 1/2 can condensed milk. Pour over top and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 F.
