Salmon Chowder

1 can Salmon (2 cups)
1 cup stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 cup butter
3 cups milk
1 cup diced potatoes
1/4 cup diced onion
2 cups boiling water
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste


Place Salmon with juice from the can into a pan. Add potatoes, tomatoes, onion, celery seed and boiling water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. Make a white sauce of milk, flour and butter. Add to Salmon mixture and heat. Add seasoning. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
