Salmon Croquettes

1 (1 lb.) can Salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup pickle relish, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion


Mix ingredients together and form into balls. Dip into evaporated milk; then into corn flake crumbs. Place in foil lined shallow pan. Bake about 25 minutes at 350 F. Serve with sauce.


Sauce:
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. pickle relish
1 Tbsp. chopped onion


Mix in pan. Stir over medium heat to thicken.
