Salmon On Hot Salt

2 (1 1/2 inch) Salmon Steaks
2 Tbsp. margarine
Generous lemon pepper
Salt to taste
3 Tbsp. ReaLemon
Coarse salt

Rinse Salmon steak in cool water. Pat dry, place between 2 sheets of paper towels. Melt margarine and add ReaLemon. When cool, add Salmon, coat both sides with mixture. Generously pepper and lightly salt each side; use paprika to color as desired. Dried parsley can be added for effect.

Heat a large cast iron skillet until quite hot with coarse salt on bottom -no grease. Place Salmon on hot salt and cook 10 minutes on 1 side and 5 minutes on other.
