Salmon Party Ball

1 (16 oz.) can Red Salmon
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. onion, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup pecans, chopped


Drain and flake Salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine Salmon, softened cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Mix well. Chill for several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape Salmon mixture into a ball. Roll in nut mixture. Chill. Serve on plate with a variety of crackers.
