Salmon Party Ball

1 (16 oz.) can Salmon
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
2 to 3 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Drain and flake Salmon. Remove skin and bones. Combine Salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke. Mix thoroughly. Chill several hours or overnight. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape Salmon mixture into a ball and roll in nuts and parsley mixture. Chill and serve on tray with assorted crackers.
