Salmon Party Log

1 lb. can rRed Salmon, boned
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh preferred)
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. charcoal flavor - or 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, snipped fine
8 oz. package Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except nuts and parsley. Chill for several hours. Then shape into log and roll in the nuts and parsley. May be made a day or two before serving.
