Salmon Pate

1 package unflavored gelatin
4 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup boiled water
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. dill
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Salmon
1 cup cream


In blender, pour gelatin, onions, lemon juice, water, mayonnaise, pepper and cayenne pepper. Blend. Add paprika, nutmeg and dill. Blend. Add Salmon and cream. Blend. Pour into mold (fish shaped looks nice) and chill overnight. Serve with crackers.
