Salmon Pie

Pie crust for 1 double crusted pie
1 large can Red Salmon with skin and bones removed
1 large onion, chopped fine
1/2 stick butter and margarine
6 medium boiled potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

In large saucepan saute onion in butter until translucent. Add Salmon and mix thoroughly until just warm. Mash potatoes and add Salmon mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.


Place mixture in 1 (9-inch) pie plate with a bottom and top crust. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until golden.
