Salmon Pies for Two

1 (7 3/4 oz.) can Salmon
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained (or omit vegetables & use a 16 oz. can Salmon)
3/4 cup salted cracker crumbs
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 tsp. basil


Preheat oven to 375 F. In medium bowl mix Salmon with liquid, egg, onion and salt. Stir in vegetables. Spoon mixture into 2 (10 ounce) custard cups. In small bowl mix cracker crumbs, margarine and basil. Sprinkle over Salmon mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 F.
