Salmon Puff

1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 to 4 slices bread, torn into pieces
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, separated
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) Salmon, drained and flaked
Paprika


Mix milk, margarine and bread; stir in lemon juice, onion, salt, pepper, slightly beaten egg yolks and Salmon. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into Salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
