Terrific Salmon Log

1 (16 oz.) can Salmon
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Drain and flake Salmon; remove skin and bones. Combine Salmon and next 6 ingredients very well. Chill several hours. Combine parsley and walnuts. Shape Salmon mixture in an 8 x 2 inch log and roll in nut and parsley mixture. Chill well. Serve with crisp crackers as an hors d'oeuvre.
