Salmon Casserole

1 (15 oz.) can Salmon, drained and taken apart
1 (12 oz.) can milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 - 3/4 lb. fresh broccoli
1/2 - 3/4 lb. fresh cauliflower
3 cups cooked rice
2 cups grated cheese


Cook broccoli and cauliflower; drain. Make white sauce by melting margarine, then add flour and stir. Gradually add can of milk. Cook a few minutes until thickens a little. (Be sure you use a large pan or bowl to mix.) Add cooked broccoli and cauliflower; stir. Then add cooked rice, Salmon and 1 cup cheese. Put into oven safe casserole dish and put remaining cheese on top. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned on top.
