Salmon Casserole

1 cup cooked macaroni
1/2 cup cooked carrots
1/4 cup cooked onions
1 lb. can Salmon
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 lb. cheese, cut in strips


Cook carrots and onions in small amount of salted water and drain. Break Salmon in chunks, place in 2 quart casserole. Add carrots, onions and macaroni. Stir in soup, salt and pepper. Melt butter, add bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.
