Salmon Casserole

1 onion, chopped
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Salmon
1 (10 oz.) package spinach
1 cup macaroni
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup Parmesan


Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine. Blend in flour, stir in milk, dill and nutmeg. Cook until mixture thickens. Cook and drain macaroni. Fold drained, flaked Salmon, cooked macaroni, thawed chopped spinach and sliced almonds into creamed mixture. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
