Salmon Casserole

1 tsp. flour
1 large can Salmon
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
1/3 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 medium potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup margarine

Slice potatoes and boil in salty water until soft. In saucepan, melt margarine; add onions and peppers; simmer 5 minutes. Add flour and hot milk. When it begins to thicken, add paprika, salt, and pepper.

In a 2-quart casserole dish, butter bottom. Add a row of potatoes, row of Salmon, row of potatoes, row of Salmon, half the sauce, row of potatoes, row of Salmon, the rest of the sauce. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes.
