Easy Salmon Casserole

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt and dash pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 lb. can Salmon, flaked (liquid drained and reserved)

Melt butter. Add salt, pepper and mustard; mix well. Add bread crumbs and stir until butter mixture is absorbed. Add milk, eggs and liquid from Salmon. Add Salmon and mix well. Pour into a well greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, or until firm and brown.

Horseradish Sauce:
1 carton sour cream
2-3 Tbsp. horseradish
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. cracked pepper
(Try a little grated onion)

Combine all ingredients and chill well.
